Brothers Three is fricking disgusting (and I am saying that as a Ms. Mae's regular). I was there Saturday and it was gross.

my boy used to live on St Charles and Milan and we'd walk to milan, brothers 3, maes, and buddha on the regular. I like all of them to be honest. brothers feels like it fell out of the 50's

All of those (and Milan Lounge) are fine, but I'm not sure how fricked up, rowdy and obnoxious you can get in any of them before you're called on it. I mean if I'm reading the Count correctly.

Oh, and I can be found at some point most days at the 'Vous. So please, not there.

And, yeah, why anyone would make a point of going to Lucy's or The District I have no idea (unless you actually lived nearby and just stumbled in).

My wife was out of town this past weekend and I found myself in a bar (not hard to figure out which one) pretty late for me these days. I think, although I'm trying to tell myself it didn't happen, that I made a $1000 basketball bet with some a-hole sitting at the bar, and we shook hands and traded cards. fricking oops.

Hell, no. I have at least some thread of sanity remaining. I haven't lost yet. In fact, I'm debating whether or not I should contact the guy and say we were just fricking around, right? Then again . . . I could win.

Right. So I can sell a couple of watches and a ring to pay the a-hole.

Something about the NBA finals. It was how long the series would last or something like that. It's kind of foggy.

Yeah, the two guys were obnoxious. Plus I was talking to some friends and they irritated me. Wanted to shut them up. Again, oops.

If that's the worst thing you've done in a while I would say you're doing pretty well.

But then again I don't have to deal with a wife. Have fun.

I like:

Rusty Nail
St. Joes
Balcony Bar
The Dungeon
Cafe Negril (if you bring your own crowd)
Bulldog (much better than BR)
Parlays
Le Bon Temps

I think the best drinks are at Rusty Nail and there is consistent talent there.

The Dungeon is a blast if you bring your own crowd of girls and friends
