Saw that video when it came out. I've been looking for beef cheeks ever since. Never did 'em but man I want to some kinda bad.

I got it from a cattle farmer at my local farmers market here in Madison, AL. I’ve been looking for awhile though.

It’s HERE on Saturdays from 8am-12pm...

I got the beef cheeks from YK Farms, but I normally get my beef from North Alabama Wagyu who is the retail arm of Whitesell Farms in Jones Chapel, AL.
