I'd love to get hold of the Chimes recipe. That is the best BBQ shrimp ever.

Went there saturday and that is exactly what I had. I had to laugh at the waiter when in all seriousness, he tried to make sure I understood that these were not REALLY bbq'd like I might be thinking. Then he kept coming by to make sure it wasn't too spicy for me, hell the wife's mahi had more pepper on it. Wouldn't get it again.

The bbq'd shrimp. The mahi was pretty damn good, cooked perfectly and the taste was spot on.

We make it quick and simple in the microwave.

1 Stick Butter

1 Bottle BBQ sauce of your choice

1 Pack of BBQ seasoning mix

Microwave and enjoy with plenty of bread to mop up the sauce.
