Coming in town for a wedding this weekend. Looking for something semi upscale for a date night on Friday. Staying downtown but willing to drive a bit. Already checked the box on the Gregory and we’ve done Ginos a million times. Any recs would be appreciated.

Popeyes on W Market gets your order right 67% of the time which is a phenomenal rate.

If I could choose two for an "upscale" meal it would be Eliza and Beausoleil Coastal

This for sure. I don't know anyone who even talks about Stroubes anymore.

Maison Lacour is very good if you've never been, but they need to update their menu.

Very good but French, white table cloth dining seems so very tired
