There is a lunch and dinner menu, the lunch is more limited, the dinner also comes with a drink but more expensive.

When i went fishing in alaska the packager vacuum sealed and put the fish in a -35 degree freezer for 48 hours.

A classmate of mine works at the resort where the number 1 spot is. He said it's very legit, he eats there often. $50 person.

Hell yea. love this place. Ill get like 2 dozen pieces of eel sashimi, a couple rolls, a soup, ice cream, and then continue eating as i can. great deal

This guy probably thinks the red snapper is actually red snapper. There's a good chance they use tilapia that is injected with nitrous to make it look like red snapper. I'm not saying Sushi Masa definitely does this, but it is pretty common place in sushi restaurants.

Because metro BR and the surrounding areas is much larger than 200k. I agree that we probably have more sushi places per person for an average city but you are grossly understating how many people live here

Sushi Masa is decent, cheap and all you can eat... which seems to be very popular with Baton Rougeans

I have a love/hate relationship with Sushi Masa. Love the food and EAYE, but then I leave feeling like the Goodyear blimp.

The demand seems to be there so maybe BR is a sushi town. Along with Mexican food. Those seem to be everywhere.
