They were actually a little under for some of them because the shrimp were huge. If I get shrimp again like that from Rouses, I'll probably go 22 minutes. But they peeled perfectly and were delicious.

Oven was at 350 but it's also an older oven so who knows what the real temperature is.

All I can say is they were pretty damn perfect.
