Bar pie pizza dough

I lived in NJ for several years and their pizza is hands down the best pizza in the country. I can verify this after literally living all over the country. I’m not looking for an argument but am looking for a solid pizza dough recipe, specifically a thin crust one.

I found a few online and they look ok. I’m cooking up 3-4 pizzas tonight for the family on my egg and want to do the bar pie style and the dough from the grocery store or anything I make is just too thick. Anyone have any good thin crust recipes they have used?

Maybe ask a New Jersey board?

I've never made bar pizza and have only heard the term once or twice before seeing your post but, for the dough, I get better results when I make the dough 1-2 days in advance. This provides time for a second fermentation and allows the glutens to fully relax before trying to shape it.

Fleur De Lis pizza is basically bar pizza.

Just use a large flour tortilla and cook in a cast iron skillet. Start it on the stove then throw it under the broiler.

I ran out of pepperoni because my middle ate it all unknowingly. Those are big slices of pepperoni, not little ones. Makes the pizza look tiny.

They came out delicious and crunchy. Cooked them at 650 for about 6-7 minutes. Thanks for the recipe. Kids ate both pizzas in about 3 minutes so I had to fight them off for a piece.

If you're near a Robert's, their thin take and bake pizzas are super legit.
