Bad PF Chang home meal

I bought this alleged "Korean Pork" meal in the frozen section a few months ago. Nuked it in the microwave and peeled back the plastic.
I immediately noticed several unusual colors and shapes. Naturally I did not eat it.
The quality was so bad I completed the online feedback form on the Conagra website.
On principle, I asked for a refund to see how they would respond. They apologized but instead of a refund, they sent a $5 coupon for me to apply to a future purchase.
I am not buying that ever again so the coupon is worthless to me. In my opinion, that is not much of a guarantee.
