We eat a lot of soup
Mamma Bear soup (beef stew meat and vegetable - See my photo recipe)
White bean and ham with cornbread (see my photo recipe)
French Onion (see my photo recipe)
Gumbo (see my photo recipe)
Corn and crab soup
Tom Kha Gai soup (chicken/coconut)
Egg Drop
Taco Beef - in fridge at the moment and for supper tonight
Zuppa Tuscana (see my photo recipe)
Beef Stew (see my ox tail photo recipe and substitute stew meat if you like)
Does chili count? I could make it runny if that helps, but I like it thick (see my photo recipe)
There are several others that I'm sure someone will list.

Crawfish corn soup
And the other night a chef friend of mine made roasted butternut squash with crispy pancetta and fried sage on top. It was AMAZING!

Even though respected Food board poster Dandy Lion says chili is a bullshite meal, it will always hold a special place in my heart. Along with chicken salad.
I wish someone besides me and my gf could taste the chili I made this weekend. One of the most interesting and weird (in a good way) chilis I've ever done. Had a very earthly flavor (from the heaps of fresh oregano and bay leaf) .. was very robust (sauteed onions, bell pepper, garlic for a long arse time .. added can of San Marzano sauteed some more .. then hit it chicken stock and blended with an immersion blender) .. also had a nice subtle sweetness behind the heat, from both maple syrup, beer and brown sugar.
