Potato, but that could be from the massive amounts of cream and ham that you can blend into it.
Also, I have to throw some pho up there. A simple miso works, too.

I used the Rouses brand chili powder. Usually am strictly a Gebhardt user, but I was out. Also there was plenty of cumin in there that I layered throughout the cooking process. My post wasn't a step-by-step recap of my recipe.
