Audio Setup for patio/outdoor kitchen

What wireless Bluetooth speakers and setup are you guys using? I'm needing hanging speakers and want the ability to play music via ipod and Pandora for my patio and outdoor kitchen.

Do you have wifi back there ? I wouldn't recommend Bluetooth but instead use a internet steaming amp on a pair of speakers. Something along the lines of a Bose SA5 or a Def Tech WAMP. I'm sure sonos has something but I've never used them. All those will steam Pandora natively and you can control them from your pad or phone. Much better than Bluetooth.

I have a receiver in my master running HDMI through wall and I extenders. Speaker wire run through ceiling of patio and 4 hanging speakers. I use the Bluetooth on the receiver to play music off mobile device. Works perfectly.

You'll want either a traditional receive with multiple zones or a sonos type setup. Either way you can use a mobile device to control the system and what plays. Your initial design won't work well.

Job rocker
Goat Bluetooth speaker. Gets 50 hours on a full charge. Load as hell, and has outlets to plug up other things too (iPhone charger etc)

Sonos. I've got it linked to my outdoor tv so I can play tv audio through hanging speakers, as well. Love it.

i use the sonos system to play music through my installed outdoor speakers via wifi. i do have a play1 that i bring out front when the kids are playing in the drive
