I'll be in Asheville this weekend for a wedding. Any recommendations on some good breakfast and lunch spots? Also, any recommendations for nicer Friday night dinner with my wife and a few other couples? It'll be 6 or 8 total. We don't necessarily have to have reservations, but something that isn't bar food.

ETA: We are staying at the Foundry Hotel. We're flying, but will have access to a rental car.

Breakfast- Biscuit Head, Sunny Point or Tupelo Honey

Lunch- Buxton Hall BBQ, Luellas, 12Bones, White Duck, Farm Burger, Twisted Laurel

Friday Dinner- Probably aint getting in Curate this late in the game. The Admiral, Red Stag, Cucina24 and Bouchon are good choices.

We went this past October. Red stag grill was good, very expensive. The Omni grove park inn hotel/lodge has the best views in the city and 3 or 4 restaurants. We ate at Edison. It was ok.
The admiral was great when we went 5 years ago.

Forestry camp was hands down the best food we ate.

Red Stag Grill was fantastic with a group, but you'll need reservations and also keep in mind it isn't cheap. It's very opulent.

Zambra is our favorite place hands down. It's Spanish Tapas. Really cool atmosphere.

For breakfast/lunch, we really enjoyed Tupelo Honey. It is a regional chain, but super good.

Limones was awesome. I second that.

Only place I will not recommend is Early Girl Eatery. Just was not good at all.

I second the Limones recommendations. Ate there a couple of months ago and enjoyed it.

The Med is a good diner for breakfast. I haven’t been since the ownership changed a few years ago but it was my favorite breakfast spot before that.
