Sierra Nevada is beautiful, and I hear that New Belgium has finished their new place out there. All the rest of the recs are spot on. Check Bruisin and Appalachian vinters for good bottle shops.

New Belgium just opened their "Liquid Center" at their brewery in the River Arts District. Tried to go a couple of evenings ago - couldn't get parking within a mile. Should take uber.
