I feel like Dale's had a moment in the early 2000s when it was on everything and everywhere
Then everyone decided it was completely overpowering and moved on

I remember seeing the Facebook posts of one of my wife’s high school friends who was newly married and tryin to cook. In one she had a pound of Hillshire farm sausage straight out the package marinating in Dale’s and soy sauce. Lol

We use it to make beef jerky. Marinate your cut strips in this overnight along with a couple of other seasonings and then throw it in the dehydrator, the beer drink it comes out incredible.

They make a low salt Dale's by the way. I tried the regular on game, not bad, but to salty for my taste. Tried the Allegro marinade, much better IMO. I only use a steak sauce if the meat is over cooked. Then it's a ketch-up, worcesterchire, A-1 and Heinz 57 combo.

If I reach for steak sauce it’s the British cousin HP.
I can't find this anywhere but online and its too pricey

This. I also use Dales on A LOT on wild game, the less sodium version that is. Maybe because I'm lazy and just enjoy it enough, but its my go to for any wild game kabob seasoning which is a regular winter meal especially camping for me. I haven't tried but I haven't found anything better.

I’ll squeeze a couple drops in marinade, sort of like how you’d do with a Worcestershire sauce.
My sodium tolerance is shite so i have to be careful with products like that but i keep some on hand.

Tried it once years ago as a base for an injection. Had the flying shits for two days. Never again.
