I'm am putting together a Korean wing recipe and this ingredient keeps coming up. Has anyone ever made it or should I just buy the "tub" everyone on reddit suggests

They have several different brands on Amazon that are solid and inexpensive. Much easier to do it that way.
Or go to Vinh Phat on Florida

The recipe I use for Korean fried chicken calls out for Gochujang. I've found that a substitute for it is sriracha or the sriracha chili paste.

I’ve bought it via Amazon, but then discovered that Target has it. Also Fresh Market.
