A lot of these spices, flavorings have hidden sugars. I was wondering if anyone has a tool or site they use for this?

That’s what I’m thinking. Not sure what hidden sugars the OP is thinking of, but look at the ingredients.

The only one that is really high in sugar is catsup and by extension, BBQ sauces. About twice a year I make my own catsup then BBQ sauce without sugar. I like it a lot better than store-bought red sugar sauce.
