ok, hear me out. i went to London . There are all kinds of restuaruants that could kill it here. nandos( fast food grilled chicken with portogeuse sauce), they had fast food indian, and Dr. noodles. This was a make your own noodle joint, way better then fricking southfin. these places would kill!

Ok, I'll admit it. It took me 3 pages to realize you were trolling everyone. I bit. Well played.

The indian places here arent great by any means and they do well.

The "sushi" places do well.

Why wont the others?
atleast im not stupid enough to open another generic pizza, burger, or beer join that will inevitably fail.

By beer, i meant thy shitty bars near campus

some do. some dont. many have failed

those can be opened and be successful. more of it depends on the owner/operators than the actual type of place here in BR imo

I'm sorry I'm confused. Have we moved on from your days-long dream of starting a brewery which you have no knowledge of to your new dream of opening a restaurant with a cuisine that you have no knowledge of?

I'm thinking of starting an airline.

I don't have money and I'm not a pilot, but I have a friend who flies a lot.

Either that or an amusement park in Kansas. Have you seen how much people like Disney World?

I do think BR is an untapped market, Chimes is currently the best place for food and beer. If BR had a brewery like Parish that also produced beer it would make a killing.
Spigots is similar but their beer and food is meh.
