Anybody know when Superior Grill - Highland Rd. is set to open? - UPDATE

Rumors of it being in August sometime, but can't find anything specific online or their FB page. I did message them asking though, so I'll update this if they respond. 
UPDATE on 6/29: They responded on FB "hopefully by the end of August." Sounds real promising.
They have a lot of shite to do in 8 weeks in that case.
UPDATE on 8/30: They now are saying about the 3rd week in Sept. Ready for the margs and people watching

It's about a year behind! I live a few streets over and been monitoring closely. Inside is still unfinished, but progress in this weather has been slow going.
I did notice that parking there at 5:00 will be a little tight with the gym, refurbished Robert and this place.

The parking there is already an issue. I go to that gym and grocery store...parking for the gym usually requires parking far out in the evening. It's going to be a shite show once SG opens. They will have ppl trying to park across the street etc. Like Rum House parking issues 2.0

Hopefully none of the businesses restrict parking. Maybe the bank across the street will allow overflow in the evenings or people will be parking on Kenilworth Parkway

the parking lot is terrible... the space for your car to fit in has to be the tightest in the BR

Sounds like the marina's joint at Jefferson and hoo shoo too.... been hiring over there for about 3 months I think.
It's terrible.... dangling a margarita just up the road from the house in front of everyone in that area for a year now.

A few months ago someone on here mentioned them hiring a consultant to re design for he parking lot to fit more parking.

Unless they build a garage, there's really no point. Adding 10-15 spots would be nice, but won't prevent the overflow. Will be interesting to see how Robert's and Max Fitness handle it. Kind of looking forward to sitting out on that patio with a marg just watching that shite show first-hand. Great people watching

They plan on completely redoing the layout of the parking lot once construction finishes. I was told they expect to be able to fit more spots once it's not laid out so poorly

For real! I pass it all the time and have kind of thought it just might never open. Looks like a place next door hung a pink sign from the top so there is some life there.
