Have a family we know that is having hard time with a death and some surgeries.
We'd like to set up week or so of meals to be prepared and sent over to their house.

Any contacts in that area would be much appreciated.

Thanks !

Chef KD is a big caterer, but he does small jobs as well, and his food is never short of fantastic (especially the catfish).

T-Wayne Abshire is another good one.

Gourmet Girls.

May be pricey, but the food they put out is very good.

Also, anything from T Wayne's will be solid as well.

I know it is not LA food, and I do not know the prices, but some here have spoken well of some of the "home delivery food services" i.e. Hello Fresh ( I have never tried any of them) just offering what might be an affordable suggestion to catering.

Not a bad service, but they deliver the raw ingredients and you have to cook it. Quite a bit of prep time, so I doubt this is what the OP has in mind.

Tee Wayne's try his brisket. I think it's on the lunch menu on Thursday.

Ralph’s Supermarket. Ask for Kirk Brady. He does excellent work.
