He said he timed it after it came back to boil. So that means the shrimp would have been 40 minutes in the water.

I have one...got it for Christmas. Cooked in it once...best shrimp I ever cooked and the easiest shrimp I ever cooked.

I highly recommend!

Huh? Water boils at a lower temperature at higher altitudes due to the lower atmospheric pressure. Thus why a pressure cooker boils at a higher temperature.

Eh, not for me. I just can't imagine how dirty and scratched up it would get after few boils. Another issue is the food coming in direct contact with the heating element. And please, for the love of God, if any of y'all get this, please make sure it's plugged in to a GFCI.

I have the Can Cooker and it works very well. And can use on top of stove, grill, campfire.
