Another Dominique Macquet restaurant bites the dust

Saveur is now "Tryst," which I'm sure will be closed itself in short order. How many more chances does this guy get? He must be toxic. Fwiw Saveuer was crowded the one time I went and the food was fine. His managerial skills must be atrocious.

Macquet is not involved with Tryst. It sounds like the owner is the same, but it's now a different concept with a different chef.

Is this the owners third attempt at the same spot?
Hope they keep a brunch that is easy to access. Really like not having to make a reservation.

He is a tough guy to work with from what I have heard. Talented, but his managerial style may not work for most people in NOLA.
