Another Broken Egg

Today I noticed the sign showing Another Broken Egg restaurant was going be built on Airline Hwy was gone. In its place was a sign saying the lot was available. Anyone know why they decided to not build there?

Because they suck.
And I think Haddad built that strip next to that lot and it’s been empty for over a year. Was supposed to be a pizza place there too.

I've only been to the one in Baytowne Wharf. It's ok but nothing special.
I prefer to eat at the little bar in the marina, but it's not open year round for breakfast.

Used to go to the one in Shreveport. It was okay.
There's one 10 minutes down the road from me now but I've never been. I never get past the southern maid donuts right in front of it.
