I am sitting in my office on Sherwood Forrest thinking about the 50-60 nearby restaurants and I a cannot imagine that any of them are using sous vide.

As a single guy I use mine a lot, mainly for roasted potatoes. Perfect for smaller portions

Chipotle lol

A lot of restaurants use it but don’t like saying they use it. Very easy way to maintain consistency.

Kayne Prime uses it for their steaks in Nashville
