Everything I ever wanted to know about Ramen
All of us have those "I wish" moments. After my embarrassment the other day with my Pho, except it is probably ramen post, I find this in my email today.
Having read the definitive summary of the 20 ramen of japan, I can now state with full confidence that what I made was none of them.
There is a chance I have developed a totally new, never before seen ramen.
I will be signing autographs at Piggly Wiggly next Thursday.

I usually make a miso-mushroom ramen, topped with scallions and a poached egg. Also not really ramen apparently, but it's delicious.
