I really enjoy City Pork but forget about it with the locations it has. Pass Highland all the time so I see more of it in my future.

City Pork made the mistake of stumbling for a little while when they were between chefs and dealing with a food identity issue.
Places like Elsies, Eliza, etc popped up and passed them but I ate at City Pork Jefferson not that long ago and was happy that it seemed back to its earlier days

I think they may now be open for lunch, but not positive though. Went to the one on Jefferson this past Saturday. Love their food.

They're open for dinner based on their website. Menu looks similar to the Jefferson City Pork.
Can't wait to try the smoked chicken fried steak.

I saw you mentioned chicken fried steak. I didn't know they sold it so I went last night. It was OK. It was a freshly fried steak so that was good but it was a little fatty. I like Doe's better. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of option for CFS here in BR. The BBQ sandwich my wife had gotten she said was really good. We'll be back but I won't order the CFS again. Hours are 3-9pm

Went for dinner a few days ago.
Food was great...we got a bunch of sandwiches and also the artichoke dip.
beer/wine/liquor all very pricey....$10 for a jucifer
