I know it's supposed to be cool for everyone to have their own opinions and whatnot about beer, but nacho couldn't be more wrong. It's okay to not like it, but there's no way Abita Light tastes like piss.

I am excited to try the Vanilla version of Turbodog. They apparently have it at the Abita Brewpub and have been showcasing it at some events in the area.

I hate to bring this up because I do not want there to be a crowd on Thursday but on the 12th at 7 at the Bulldog in BTR Abita is bringing the Vanilla Turbodog.

I've had several of the SOS so far and really like it. I think it's pretty smooth with not much of an aftertaste. If I'm at the store and they have it, I'll buy it due to the charitable aspect of the brew.

As for Restoration Ale, it's one of those beers that I need to drink while eating. For me, it just doesn't work by itself.

Had this last night for the first time... might be new favorite Abita beer. It's so light and refreshing!

The restoration ale is probably their best beer.

This.

People who think Restoration Ale sucks are the people who have a fridge stocked with Coors, Miller and Bud.

While I drink my share of Miller Lite, I have stayed away from Restoration Ale because I don't like Pale Ale's that much. I want to try it, but I don't want to get stuck with a whole 6 pack if I don't like it.

Not so much. Abita wouldn't know a good pale ale if it kicked them in the nuts.

My usual routine is 3 or 4 Ambers a night. I had an SOS a few nights ago and had the worst headache all the next day, so I think that will be it for me.

I had it at Chimes the other day and didn't really care for it. Andygator is the way to go!
