Merchant is alright. Their coffee is a tad overhyped, especially given the price. Crepes are on point though. If you go definitely get an espresso or Americano.

I drink a bunch from Mojo. Not sure if it's the best as I'm not the best coffee taster, but it tastes good to me and is cheap.
