Don't we have a thread on this?

The left off The Crepe Place (Bywater Hideout). Place was a great hidden secret.
There are maybe two surprises on that list. Goes to show if you make bad food then you won't find support.

Also, if you aren't capitalized to survive for 6 months, don't bother opening.

Pizza NOLA was terrible. The city is a better place now that it is closed.

Hummus was complete trash. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.

I enjoyed their food and happy hour, but the service was insanely slow. Even in non busy hours. No food is good enough to wait two hours for.

I had some of their pizza at a golf tournament In city park and thought it was pretty good

Did not realize Capdeville closed. Always enjoyed eating there.

What’s behind these recent closings? Is it changing food trends or economic issues?

Most restaurants that closed this year have not been that stellar.
Still plenty opening to fill the voids.
Crazy that Bayou Burger and Amici have died on that block and they are staying empty.

Think those two will have same owners just new concepts.

Amici had so many health violations! It was gross. Glad it’s gone.
