I called yesterday but they said they had temporarily reclosed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in order to work out some kinks. One review on Yelp is pretty bad.
I hope it is more of a management issue than a food issue. I really want it to be good, but I think the above poster was right when saying you might want to wait a few months on this one.

What kind of asshat goes to a place the first week it opens then goes and post bad reviews??
I respect that they are backing off a little right now to fix things

With that location they can easily get by with mediocre food.

Yeah, I was about to let that old witch have it when I saw that, but then I realized I was on facebook and not droppings.

Seriously though, you can't expect perfection in a new family run restaurant right when they open.

Some of the comments and the yelp reviews are really ridiculous.

"You should have valet for those of us with nice cars."

"NEVER RETURNING! Terrible service!" - Idiot.

Whatever, I'd rather those people stayed away anyway.

I predict checkpoints in the vicinity in the future.

See, I'm wante something a step up from the standard fry house kind of seafood place. I like that they want to play around with cocktails too.

Blue Crab can be your more straight forward old style restaurants.
I'm sure I will support both.

I saw one of the partners of the Blue Crab in a picture on Brisbi's Facebook page. That must be awkward

Well, since the owners of Blue Crab can't seem to figure out how to get their place open, maybe they just decided to give up for a while and go have drinks down the street.

Seriously, I thought they would have been open by mid May based on some of the original interviews that came out. I know the have been saying two weeks left since the first week of June.
