Committee members must come to a consensus of their seeds off of TD to make it a little surprising. They should then email HuntedByMafiaNRex@yahoo.com their final seeds.
Final seeds and pairings will be posted late tonight or early tomorrow. Two games will be played tomorrow. Voting will open as soon as a post is made, and will close at 11:30 that night. Winner is determined by most votes.

List looks solid catman...the only one I don't agree with is La Provence. From what I have read on all of the boards, it's really been hit or miss over the last year or so.

I know Youngs is popular but I had a couple of bad meals there when I lived in Slidell.
Sal & Judys has possibility but I only get 3 choices. And I do like Tope La but again only few spots. La Provence has been very good when I went but I havent been back since they changed chefs.

Youngs in Slidell IS NOT the same Youngs that is in Madisonville. NOt even the same ball park as Samuel Jackson would say.
