I know that nudity is not allowed.
I found a pic of a shirtless man on Tinypic (image hosting). I am hoping that you guys (with more experience) can confirm that this is indeed a man, and therefore "safe" for PS tweaking. Tinypic does not allow nudity, so it has passed their test at least.
