Your dad just did a few images for me a few weeks ago. It takes a great person to take some time out of his day to do something for a complete stranger. I will forever be greatful.

RIP
Ash man

I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was on accident. Easy mistake on mobile and there's no way to correct it.

This is Ashman’s son again. I sent the first post under his name, but created a new username today to post this. My brother and I wanted to express our deep feelings of gratitude to all of you who have commented. The outpouring of thoughts and prayers has been overwhelming in a good way. We really appreciate all of the kind words. The warm wishes have been extremely comforting to us, and we are happy to know that our father touched so many of you here.

Thank you again so very, very much.

One more thing, this image was still open in his editing software. I'm not sure if it was a request from someone on here, but it was like he was not finished with it. Perhaps one of you could finish it for him.

wow... just heard about this and i'm sorry for your loss.

I posted a while back for a particular fark making fun of Nick Saban. Nobody granted my request at the time, so I made it again at the end of the National Championship game. This time, someone granted my request.

Seeing that he passed, I went to check to see who it was that farked crying Michael Jordan's head onto Nick Saban's body for me. And sure enough, it was your old man. Even though his team lost, he did that for me.

I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope our anecdotes bring you and your brother some comfort.

my fark request:

He was doing the request from this thread:

Request - ServPro in front of White House

All that seemed left to do was to add the requested text to the bottom, so I went ahead and did that.

I am just now seeing this. I am so sad. He was my favorite fark and poli poster.

If I may ask....did he pass away before President Trump was elected?

I had such a great time with him with the HRC convulsing gifs.

I am so sad.

RIP.

It was between 1/17/17 (his last post) and 1/19/17 (when his son informed everyone of his passing).

I'm sorry for you and your brother's loss. I'm just realizing it when I saw CCTider's sig on the OT the other day and it just clicked today to whom it referred to.

He was a talented farker and I enjoyed his work and humor. He made me laugh so much with one of my fark requests. Right off the bat, he knocked it out.

Thank you for sharing the life of your dad and the loving bond your family had. He is a great man with a heart of gold. May God bless your father and also you and your brother. Condolences and prayers of comfort to you and your brother.

I remember working on Obama moving out the WH. God love him; and may he be so full of joy and happiness in Heaven.

Thank-you Ashman for the joy and laughs you brought me.

Love and Prayers,
