Blows what off? Changing the rule?
I always thought the league was a democracy.

these things have been put up for a vote in the past, or the opposing team has made the decision on whether to let it pass or not.

first of all, im not blowing shite off, im at work, and im also reading this to see what the opinions are from the league
second, to change a rule, you need like 2/3 or whatever it is to do it.
and again, im sort of still waiting for you to say when a lineup mistake has been corrected. BOTH cases in tdbbl were fixed when there was NO PRECEDENT set previously.
you say that others have gotten changes, it definitely wasnt on my watch this season

I only recall voting on changing the rule in the next season.

The opposing team isn't the only team affected, bro.
Nevermind, I'm not arguing anymore.

I only recall a vote happening once in all the leagues and if memoty serves the guy didnt get his stats.
But I'm old and the memory isnt what it used to be.
I need some Ginko Biloba

no, and it could have been in the basketball league , i dont remember. I just remember it had happened, because i was pissed and i remember being mad.
im not looking to change a rule. In the past we have put it up for a vote to change the points, not the rule.

"dear god, make me a bird, so i can fly far, far far away from here"
this is becoming miserable. the last two weeks, the only thing anyone was talking about was Boo's trade and now this.
The fact that you three argued for the past three pages should prompt all of you to look in the mirror and see who's an adult and who wakes up before 8am

We need to apply the rule or get rid of it.

Ron, basically it boils down to
Against
NOBES
Reddman
Rouge, I think?
Doesnt care
cwill
rick
port
rmc316
gyno??
you are the commish. If u can make a unbiased decision about what to do(vote, ask Rmc316, or decide for yourself), then do it and lets put an end to this.
it is just one point, and it could affect my playoff chances as well as another teams.
but my final say, is that i think i caught it in enough time, before any games started, to get that point. that is my final contention

You're right, I will gladly pay my entry fee next year and set my lineups daily and put effort into a draft but not ask that rules be followed accordingly because that would be childish.

Any argument otherwise is fricking bullshite.

nobes, it just seems like u have an agenda here.
you have never been this Malcom X over the same issues in the past.
you seem to be in the minority here, at the present moment.
Lets see how it plays out

I think the rule is retarded in this instance, but I see the point to not letting anything slide.
Similarly to if someone say, traded away a SS and didn't have a chance to put the one they had on their bench in their lineup. No good reason why they shouldn't get stats that day.

You arent taking a common sense approach.
Yes, actually I am. Les didn't have 3 days to drop someone, he had to do it AFTER lineups had locked on Saturday. It's not like he could have done it as soon as he agreed to the trade unless he actually included the guy he was going to drop (and he's already stated he wasn't sure who he was going to drop).
If the extra player gave Les an advantage then I would be the 1st one saying that it shouldn't count. You keep saying that it's going to cause future problems. I think that if it gives someone an unfair advantage then the stats should not count. If it doesn't I don't see the harm in allowing the stats to count.
That is called using common sense.
