I would like to point out that my position is we dont apply bias to how this is addressed fwiw.
I.E. I dont give a frick why Marle didnt set his lineup right.
You either set it or you dont. I love how he busts out the " I dont think about this shite while I go to sleep" and "this isnt life or death to me" arguments but is arguing on for 10 pages that he should get his stats that help him dick amount.

And I pointed out yesterday that you had almost 22 hours to make your lineup legal. In fact, you were on the TDBL chat when you could have been dropping a player in preparation for the trade to go through. It's not the shitty website's fault. It's yours, and yours alone.

again, i didnt know who i was dropping yet. It was something i thought about, but wasnt ready to drop anyone yet.
this is getting stupid and too personal. I asked Rmcc316 in the other thread what he would do, since our true commish seems to be blowing it off. Whatever rmc316 i'll stay with, because he was always fair about these things. Not to mention it was against him.

So next time it will be ten minutes late and not oversleeping but internet connection problems.
Then it will be 30 minutes late and not internet problems but a power outtage.
Next thing you know we are setting lineups after games are played because it was clear what was intended to happen.
You arent taking a common sense approach. You are looking at this in a vacuum and not how it will draw out more arguments down the road.
The only way to prevent this down the road is to say no...and next time it happens we can all agree, frick changing your shite, remember what happened in TDBL v. Marle 2010? We have set precedent.

i was going to worry about it in the morning
in fact i wasnt even sure u were penalized when a trade went through and u had an extra player on the bench, at least for that day.... since they dont penalize u for having an non injured player on the DL.
it wasnt on the top of my list of things to do at that point of my night.

whats being lost in all this is that if you arent (which I think you shouldnt) the league constituion needs to reference the decision so it will be applied moving forward.
