I would go chase over Kupp. Kupp and Stafford coming off of season ending injuries concern me.

I honestly have them pretty equal. If given the choice and the rules allow, I would probably trade back a pick and let the other guy decide (as well as possibly picking up an extra mid-rounder).

Tough call because of the injury factor and the rams overall last year.
Argument for kupp is that he's the rams entire offense and is going to get at least 10 points per game on receptions alone (assuming him and Stafford are healthy), whereas Bengals have more depth with playmakers for burrow to spread the wealth.
Overall, I'd still take chase as Bengals offense is trending up and rams are downward.

People forget Kupp was ahead of Jefferson when he got hurt last year. That was with Stafford supposedly playing through a shoulder injury. Both are reported to be healthy going into this season.

I’m picking at 5 and hoping kupp is still there. I’d rather chase though I think. If your draft isn’t for a while Id keep a really close eye on the burrow situation and the severity of that injury. If it ends up being something that would make my decision for me.

No, I have them as a coin flip. I was just arguing against those that act like Chase is the clear-cut winner. Fantasy managers have short memories and forget what a cheat code Kupp is when healthy.
I definitely think Kupp is the more consistent of the two. Chase is a stud, but fluctuates a little more, especially in PPR.

I think the argument isn’t Kupp’s ability and what he has done but that he carries more risk coming off season ending ankle surgery at the age of 30 while his qb is also coming off a pretty significant season ending injury as well. Stafford had a back injury and there was also some retirement talk regarding it. He didn’t but it was bad enough to consider it. There is some uncertainty surrounding Kupp. You know exactly what you are getting from Chase.

Kupp = injury (both him and Stafford) and age concerns. The over 30 decline for WR’s is real. The Rams offense is also very meh overall.
I personally would not use a top 5 pick on Kupp. I see the writing on the wall. I’m not saying he sucks but don’t see him being a top 4-5 WR this year. If he plays the full year I could see him finishing in the 6-8 range.

Kupp already injured! Multi week absence. He is a clear ‘stay away’ for me unless he falls multiple spots. I wouldn’t consider using a top 6 pick on him.
