Wentz done. Which QB would you pick up?

Here's my options in a 14-team league and their matchups weeks 15 and 16:
Tyrod: vs Miami, @ NE
Manning: vs Philly, @ Arizona
Flacco: @ Cleveland, vs Indy
Cutler: @ Buffalo, @ KC
Kizer: vs Baltimore, @ Chicago
Give me your first and second option because I'll possibly pick up two since I'm in full panic mode.

Manning is definitely one of the two.
I wouldn't even consider Kizer against Baltimore.
May be a coin flip between Tyrod and Flacco, although you may not know until late in the week what the story is with TT.

Bortles/Carr have been rostered all season and McCown was picked up probably like 5-6 weeks ago.
These are my best options. There's quite a drop off after them.

Out of those I’d go with Flacco. If I win this week I’m going to grab Brotles. The Texans and 49ers is about as good as you could hope for when it comes to fantasy QBs.

I’m playing the guy who owns Wentz next week. There are some options for him to grab, Keenum, Bortles, Ryan, Winston. I have wavier priority ahead of him. Should I grab one those QBs to play keep away?

Cutler: @ Buffalo, @ KC (tough D, away and those teams are pushing for playoffs)
Kizer: vs Baltimore, @ Chicago (2nd choice)

If anything I would grab Ryan. Wouldn't be worried about the rest beating me.
