Tim Patrick may be the winner as long as Jeudy is sidelined with a high ankle sprain.

Taylor Heinicki will be the starter with Fitzpatrick out. I'm thinking of dropping one of my meh QB's and starting him in a 2QB league.

Zach Pascal may be the WR to have in Indy until Hilton gets back.

Cedric Wilson will replace Gallup for 3-5 weeks. 3rd receiver for Dallas, but they are pass-happy.

I've added Jared Goff on my watch list. I desperately need a QB upgrade.

I'm not touching San Fran backfield. No way.

I’ve got to find a serviceable tight end. Good luck I know. It’s really the only hole on my roster . Still pissed that the dude got waller one pick ahead of me via auto draft. I know the guy well and that’s not the pick he woulda made.

How about rookie RB Larry Rountree III in deeper leagues? He out snapped Justin Jackson Sunday and could see a good share of work if Ekeler doesn’t stay healthy.

What kind of injury does Ekeler have? I haven't paid attention. He was hurt a lot last year.

Bryan Edwards went from "this guy is useless, drop him or forget him" in the first 4 quarters to "Holy shite, there may be something here" in OT last night. That catch and run he had to almost end the game was impressive. One would have to assume teams focus everything they have on Waller. Not saying it will work for defenses, but still.

I drafted Jonnu Smith.

He did alright, I hope it holds. I wasn't willing to draft a TE high.

I’ve got Jonnu as well but somehow I just noticed Logan Thomas is available on waivers. Trying to decide if I want to make the switch.

If y’all had #1 waiver, who would you use it on out of the following- Logan Thomas, Nyheim Hines, Tim Patrick, Eli Mitchell? I’ve got Jeudy and Zack Moss that I would be parting with for the non-TE options

The jonnu smith owner in my league is razor thin at wr and has Tyler higbee on his bench. I may offer up Michael Pittman for him. I’m deep at wr with pittman, shenault, and tee higgins on my bench. Higbee got a lot of looks and the rams appear to be for real. Also I put in a waiver on Jared cook. Not sure whether to wait on my claim or go ahead and make a play for higbee. I’m waiver spot 11 of 12.

I wouldn't drop Jeudy. High ankle sprains are a pain in the arse, but I'd need to know he wasn't playing again this season.

I'd have no interest in Zack Moss, but I don't think I'd burn my #1 waiver pick for any of the guys you listed. I'm at #11 in my league and I'm not submitting a waiver. I'd rather just see who shakes out and maybe move up a few spots.

Nyheim Hines

If he's on your WW you should definitely grab him. Dude got paid and had 9 rushes and 8 targets.. that's more than enough opportunity to consistently produce.

Eli Mitchell is the hot name but it's still Shanahanigans in the SF backfield so keep that in mind. There's Mitchell, Hasty, Sermon and then Jeff Wilson will be back in a few weeks.

Wait on your claim.

I'm thinking about offering Latavius Murray to the Lamar owner straight up. He's also got Kyler Murray and I've got a 3-headed monster of Tua, Mac and Wentz.

Higbee

I LOVED what I saw from Higbee Sunday night. He was on the field for every snap and finished 2nd in targets behind Kupp. No other TE got a target AND Higbee had a target in the RZ. I think he's going to be a really solid play this year

You think Hines is going to sustain those targets when Hilton comes back?

Would u trade shenault for him if he turns down Pittman?

I have lamb , Lockett, kupp, shenault , Pittman, higgins.

I’d rather part ways with Pittman but I REALLY want an upgrade over tonyan.

I do. I find it hard to believe they would pay him what they did & not use him. Also, I'm not a fan of Hilton this year. He has the name value but I wouldn't let his return impact any of my decisions.

Regardless, Hines is the perfect fill0in for byes and injuries with a chance to be even better.

With the other receivers you have I think that's close to fair with a little more value in Shenault.

I still like Tonyan a lot FWIW. Week 1 sucked but I'm not holding it against any of GB. Until it happens again week 1 is the anomaly. Remember when the Saints absolutely embarrassed Brady and the Bucs? It happens. Green bay has Detroit next and I expect a huge bounce back.

Looks like Juwan may be favored over Trautman in NO.

I’m not really high on juwan. I love what he did for the Saints this week but trautman still led with targets. Juwan just hit pay dirt a couple times. Don’t see that happening on a consistent basis. Hope I’m wrong.
