Our commish picked up Ware and traded him for Devante Adams. Usually we vote on trades but he pushed it though without a vote. Should I question this? Devante is one of the best fantasy starters this year. I feel like he loaded his team going into the playoffs.

Also, he doesn’t believe in trade deadlines. Dumb.

Too late now. They pushed it through for the games today. Should’ve been voted if y’all usually do though.

he cheated. Call him on it.

As a comimish, I can never wrap my head around these types of threads. Who thinks they can just break the rules/cheat to benefit themselves? It’s so sad.

Should have a trade deadline but y’all don’t so I’m ok with that part.

Pushing it through though is a no-no.

You need to mutiny. That’s BS

I think the actual trade is inconsequential.

It's the idea the commish changed the rules on his own - without league consensus - in a transaction in which he was involved.

Shady as frick and a very bad precedent imo.

Adams is better than Ware, but Ware will likely be a low end RB1 for the rest of the season. I don’t think it’s a veto worthy trade

But definitely bullshite to bypass the league vote

He should have messaged the whole league that the trade was happening and that he was going to push it through so that both teams can have their players today (which is understandable) unless the league has legitimate reasons to be against it.

If he did that and no one spoke up, I think the move is fine. But doing without first notifying the league is sketchy and shouldn't have been done.

We push everything through. We have 8 really active members in a group me chat and 4 who just roll with it but are good players. We’re all in our mid to late 30s though and everybody in the league knows nothing shady is going on. Commish usually sends a group me message when he’s pushing a trade through
