Got offered Tua for either Kupp or Jonathan Taylor.

I was hoping to sit on both of these, but Dak is QB1. Thinking of trading him Kupp. His hamstring seems to may be a lingering issue.

Kupp would be the one to trade IMO. Who are your other WRs? That'd be the only question for me.

If you have a massive drop off then the gain in Tua's production might not be enough to offset.

I have Taylor too and I'm not getting rid of a top-flight guy with no wear on him.

I have Tua and he's been great. But the likelihood of him getting hurt is VERY high. Be careful trading your best players away and depending on him.

I’m a little confused here. Is Dak your QB1 right now? Or who is your QB and why would you even consider this given Tua’s concussion history??? 2QB League maybe???? I may let Taylor loose because I can see that turning into another L Bell scenario holdout but it’d cost something that I didn’t already have.

Yes Dak is my QB1 and it’s only a one QB league.

These are the other options.

I would take either one before he changes his mind. Depends on your RBs and WRs

Damn I'm surprised to see you say that, G. Knowing Tua's injury history, I'd expect you to say to be careful. But, on second thought, I guess Kupp and Taylor have the same issues and Kupp's thing could linger all season. As you say, it probably depends on the rest of the roster as well as the record and what QBs are on waivers.

So, I'm not completely losing my mind just yet.

I think Tua's worth the upside, and has a high floor right now. But as someone who was burned by rostering him last year, I understand there's a justifiable recency bias with his injury history. Maybe OP can wait a week to see if he has a dip in performance and he can get him for cheaper.

No harm in picking up Love as an insurance policy for now. I don't think Love is better than Dak, or has the ability to offer potentially 40+ pt upside, essentially the production of two average QBs, at any time this season. We'll see how Love performs once the league has had a good look at him and adjusts in another couple of weeks or so.

Kupp's going to come back and be WR1 the rest of the season.

This may just be wishful thinking from someone who has him in 2 leagues.
