The #1 Waiver Is Burning A Hole In My Pocket...Who to drop?

So I have the #1 Waiver in a 10man 0.5PPR league and have a bit of an issue deciding on who to drop or just hold with Achane and Dell available...
0.5PPR Roster:
QB: Lamar, Geno
RB: Walker III, Sanders, Montgomery, B Robinson Jr
WR: Diggs, Z. Flowers, DHop, MT13, Jeudy, C Watson
TE: Andrews
DST: Bills
K: Elliot
IR: Barkley
My issue is I have Barkley in the single IR slot available and I think he will go back to being Questionable tomorrow along with Montgomery and Watson who were both out this weekend if I had to guess based on practice reports. If he or the others stay Out based on tomorrow's injury updates, it's a no brainer to drop Geno and pickup Achane imo.
In the event they all move to Questionable, I would drop Geno and then need to also drop someone else. This is the real question, who after Geno would I drop or do I hold?
I seem to always burn this mf'er way too soon, but after Achane's performance yesterday, I don't see how I can let this one slip by. What would the FSB do in this situation?

Agree that you need to grab Achane. Guys that talented on what that offense looks like can be league winners.
Drop your kicker and Geno. Chances are at least one of Barkley and Montgomery get ruled out later in the week- once that happens you can place them back on IR and pick up a different kicker for Sunday

Lol I have no idea if what I suggested is commonplace but dropping a kicker or defense for just a few days of roster flexibility has come in handy more than a few times for me.

For future ref, let's say they all are active and I have to drop someone to pickup a kicker (league rule on all roster spots must be filled each week), who are you dropping?

I've done it before but for whatever reason never crossed my mind here as I've been riding Elliot/Bills D since the draft.

Some leagues/platforms are set so you can't have a blank at kicker or defense because you always have to have the people to fill out a starting lineup. I was going to not draft a kicker in one of my ESPN leagues and it didn't allow it. Also wasn't able to drop said kicker later without adding a kicker.
Most leagues also allow you to keep players in an IR slot even after they are no longer out. You could wait to see if Barkley actually plays before moving him off your IR, giving you more time before dropping someone.

If forced to drop one, it's probably Michael Thomas? But I'd try to exhaust a lot of 2 for 1 trade offers to tier up at one of those spots before I did that- all those guys should be rostered unless your league is like 8 teams.

Sound advice right there.

I think Hopkins is pretty much worthless on that trash offense

You can keep them on the IR spot even after being taken off IR or having the "out" designation being taken away, but I don't think he'll be able to make any transactions with an illegal roster.
