I think you have to go with Cook since Thomas is out. Smith and Kmet are also decent options.

Goedert is the best player on that list but he loses a lot of value with Hurts at QB instead of Wentz.
I would roll with Irv Smith. Rudolph is out this week and they're finally starting to target him more like they should have been all season. I could easily see him putting up 4 catches for 50 yards and a TD.

I agree with this. Cook has scored in the last 2 (with Taysom throwing). Drew should feed him more. A high scoring game with KC could bring opportunity.
