It says how many other bids were made, and the amounts, but not who made them.

I would expect a little more frugality with a smaller budget.

Guys are going nuts tossing out huge bids because they feel that there won't be many impact FAs worth grabbing after W5 or 6.

Yeah. I stretched it a little.

Guys will probably us the free FA to grab Ks, TEs and D/STs so there is no need to save $ for bye week replacements.
