I mean frick I got gun shy after "blowing" $55 or so on peterson. Kicking myself for not at least up bidding early on some guys but oh well. Not a believer in mocks but probably should have done one beforehand

I still have no clue on how to feel about my team

I'm really interested to see how this league plays out. There are some stacked, stacked lineups in this league.

Other teams have more depth and low risk-high reward type players.

Had a blast last night guys. Def opened my eyes to future auction drafts. I like my team but like none said, they're are some stacked teams.

Well see how it all plays out.

How Marshall was the 18th player nominated and no one bid up at $35...i just don't even.

I don't know if it was my internet or what, but the Marshall thing went quickly. Most were slow as molasses, but Marshall seemed over before it started.

Steak Sandwich The bargain team is what I like to call it: Roddy White, Alfred Morris, Vincent Jackson, Reggie Bush and DeSean Jackson all went for bargains.

Then he spent $8 on Josh Gordon. Maybe it's just me, but I can't spend more than a couple of bucks on a guy who may suspended 8+ games. Doug Martin at $33 is also a little steep for my taste. But if Cam performs as a top-5 QB and Jason Witten remains a good PPR player, this team will be one of the top contenders for the top spot.

Thought Martin would go for a lot more, was just trying to speed things up with the $33 bid. I'm happy with him, everyone else in Tampa is injured.

I'm pretty stacked at WR and think Josh Gordon will return as a WR1 for me. I don't actually need him.

QB Cam Newton
RB Reggie Bush (point for every screen pass he catches)
RB Alfred Morris
RB Doug Martin
WR Desaun Jackson
WR Vincent Jackson
WR Roddy White
WR Riley Cooper
TE Jason Witten

Some PPR gold on my roster. I made a couple trade offers. I'm open to everything if anyone wants to talk trade.

I like ultimately being in control of my team, with a little more prep I'd have been better off. It just takes some getting used to. I like my team, but boy did I take a lot of injury risk type guys

its definitely superior to snake

It's not nearly as boring and predictable as a snake draft. Much more strategy involved... specifically who to nominate and whether or not to bid a player up. Love it!

I'm liking this group. A lot of interaction and communication going on.

Not trying to be snoody big J. Marshall price was just a shock , usually people new to auction are loose with money early.

There's deals in every auction though. That's why it's not a bad thing to bidup players early that are way below their value.

it was kind of the opposite, I think most were pretty conservative early. I let myself get behind after peterson so I ended up paying a little more for harvin and rice, but after getting a deal on gronk I thought I could afford. shite like that is why its cool, but different

The Marshall bid went quick. I wasn't paying attention, somebody bumped it, and by the time I looked down and tried to hit the button, it didn't take my bid. It was def the steal of the draft.
I've done many auctions, this one I will remember for the wackiest nomination order. I got a max bid of 20 and it felt like there were top 30 players still in play. People went forever without being nominated.

I don't think people really knew how the nomination process worked or really the strategy behind it.
