Me too. I wasn't expecting to be stuck with a Carson Palmer in the sixth round, but got spooked at how fast they were going from the board so I jumped on him.

Okay, enough of the Welker talk. You're going to jinx him.

Bounceback year, IMO. Which might suck for your Benson pick, but TO and CO, with a little Shipley mixed in, will be a nice passing attack.

Welker is the awesomest receiver on the planet and will score the mostest fantasy points of any player in history.

And even if not - it will be wildly entertaining

:fingerscrossed:

Seeing some flashes of what could be this preseason. Now the question is how long will T.O. be content or revert to being a little drama bitch.

If T.O. does become a diva this year, my Benson pick may pay off a bit better than expected.

Just don't see it. i think he's realizing where he's at in terms of being a player. He was quiet in a "turrible" situation last year. And honestly, he drops waayyy too many balls to be bitching about a QB's inability to get him the ball. Palmer will be great for him.

Only my 2nd year, but this is my 4th league - one league is not enough to satiate my gambling thirst

I hope you're right. Besides, Owens isn't on top of his game anymore like he used to be. Lot fewer people willing to put up with his shite.

Every time I tell people I'm in a league for money and that it was $50 buy-in, they all act so shocked that I'm playing for such big money. But I think I remember Kash or someone else saying they play in leagues with $200 buy-ins... evidently, FF is a high stakes game.

Playing for free BLOWS!!!

Not nearly enough motivation to devote time for it without a payoff.

You play for free blows?

Is this a league with you and nothing but other women?

I thought with my position the best things to go after was someone who fell or a qb. Best available was Rodgers so i took him.
The difference between rb 7 and 18 in ppr arent that much in my opinion
There were alot of wr's on the board at the time too

Yeah, you had no choice there for sure - I'd have done the same. I knew Brees, Rodgers, and Peyton would be gone in the 1st round, but I didn't think many would take qbs after those 3 for awhile. Never dreamed 9 qbs would be taken in the first 32 picks.

I likely won't even start my team the week I play BBONDS - I don't think I can handle such juggernauts like Aromashodu and Beanie Wells
