I'm bitter. The fairness of my criticism isn't my concern.
My frustration is I have missed on so many rbs to fill my injury holes because I had the good fortune of drafting well and making some good trades. It's not why I'm likely to lose, my team peaked weeks ago, but there's not much you can do to fix it when everyone else gets their player before you.
Lefty ran out to a great record early and couldn't fix his fade while you could because you got fricked by luck early and not late. There's money on line here and it's a game with quite an effect from luck. The waiver system enhances the luck factor. It should change.
ETA: Tiebreaker should be points for and not head to head either.

Danny Woodhead has me less bitter, but still significantly triggered.

That's some hecka points from him. Y'all's game is getting good but he needs to make a change at RB

Yeah, Woodhead blowing up gives me a shot at saving my bacon.

Exactly. Once I lost Dez and Hyde I had a hard time replacing them. I lost out on every waiver pick up.

I've been rolling with the same scat backs in a 2 rb systems since like week 8. Any rb worth a shite was long gone before I could grab em. Every week. No strategy at all to playing waivers.
MNF is going to be intense. Hate facing a Saint in the Dome in primetime. Do like having the #2 option against the Saints D.

I guess I'm just the flip of you guys. My initial picks (Lynch, LaFell, Cruz, Bennett, Randall) were busts, but my waiver pickups like Kearse, Ginn, and White have been nails during this 6 game win streak.

He is the opposite of you and that's my point.
Good WW pick ups have you here. When he lost his team to injury, he had but the scraps to sift through. So I propose the waivers don't reset weekly. That instead you move to the back of the line when you use your waiver.
ETA: You did make good calls on the WW. That plus Wilson = good team. I'm glad to see you winning after all my bitching. Just think it sucks Lefty had no chance despite his player picking skills.

I'm in love with the waiver wire budget system after using it this year.... so you can blow your load on one player or use it only when in a pickle.
Saw a guy blow 85 on Candrick west after losing Charles and another guy blew 50 this week on Robinson to block me after I lost Rawls.
So smart drafting allows you to save and block and if you need it you can spend it. After ww deadline everyone can be added for free though.

I don't mind that option either.

Gotcha.
Well I did really feel bad about the beginning to my season. My busy season picked up in Sept - Dec along with coaching soccer. My schedule just got raped and I fell behind.
If travel benefits make any sense, I earned 2 hotel nights and a round trip flight in 3 months.
I agree with some combination of points and record. I feel like you and NGT got the 2015 Kentucky treatment.

Yup 100 dollar budget and spend as you want, when you spend it all then you screwed. I think I will finish with 30 left unless I grab someone for the finals next week.

What's the payouts this year? 3rd is money back, or just top 2?
Posted on 12/21/15 at 12:26 pm to NorthGwinnettTiger
3rd is money back. I can't remember the splits for second and first, but there's also the bonus for regular season points for.
So I'll actually get money this year, instead of my 0 for victory last year.

What happened with the money last year? I remember a stink about it, but didn't get the details.

Tuck was LM. He had some serious health issues (and doesn't post anymore, I'm worried he passed away) and we never got paid.

Motherfricker. The only reason I wanted to raise the buy in was to pay out a regular season champ like 100 bucks.
Also, will be in the Dome tonight for the game. One week AcL tear plz Hightower. Golden Tate all the touchdowns.
Saints 38-35 Lions
ETAtoEdit: Win league, gets nothing. Thinks regular season champ gets cash, false. Loses tonight and next week to get zero dollars. Sigh...I wish my ADHD struggle was less real.

Unless Watson gets 40+ and Hightower out scores Tate, it's you and me my pedobear eBFF.
