Sell high, right? If this were a WR or TE putting up these numbers above the average, what could you get for them? Or in general, what can you get?

put em on the block and see what happens.

people value players differently, put em on the block and let them come to you.

tough to get rid of tho, dont have to worry about streaming a D all year, pretty valuable right now. This cant keep up but they are a pretty nice piece.

“The Patriots D/ST now has 144 points this season. That would currently rank at other positions as:
* QB6
* RB4
* WR3
* TE1

I have the Pats D and it's the longest into a season that I've kept the same D/ST. I'm even going to keep two D/STs for a week while the Pats are on bye (which I've never done).

Does anyone know the gap between them and the next highest D/ST so far this season?

Depends on the scoring in your league.

In the one I play in defensive numbers are scrunched meaning giving up a shite ton of yards and points isn't as big of a minus as it normally is but also you don't get as many points for shutting a team out or keeping them to low yards.

In my league the average goes

Pats 19.7
49ers 13.8
Panthers 11.3
Steelers 9.3
Bears 9.2

If I had them I would throw em out there and see who swims up for sure tho.

Pending trade in one of my leagues:

Team A sends:

Goff (Think he's matchup dependent - could be dropped)
Delanie Walker (Garbage - could be dropped to waivers honestly)
Pats D (Yeah, they've been awesome, but they aren't going to keep getting 5 turnovers and a TD every game. Pats upcoming schedule is Browns, @Ravens, BYE, @Eagles, Cowboys, @Texans, Chiefs... they are coming back down to earth. Playoff schedule is nice though)

Team B sends:

Deshaun Watson (The QB2 on the season)
Courtland Sutton (A WR1)
Mark Andrews (A top 5 TE)

I know this board is adamant that you don't veto unless it's for sure collusion, but this is some garbage. Unless we subpoena people's text records I don't know how you PROVE collusion on these lop-sided trades. FTR, it hasn't been vetoed, but I think it stinks

Find a new league if that's the kind of people you play with. Any real, competitive league those type of trades don't happen because it's ludicrous and you'd be kicked out.

I regret not picking up the 49ers D last week when I had the chance. I would have already sent the Patriots D packing this morning.

The Browns, Eagles, and Cowboys can all be big points games for them, and Watson can throw up a dud every once in a while.

Got the Pats D for 5 FAB with a 250 FAB budget, and it has easily been the best pick up I've made all season.

I did, best offer I got is Melvin Gordon. I'm desperate for backs, with Lindsey and Montgomery being my two best. Do it?

Imagine telling the guy at the draft that drafted Gordon in the 3rd, "Hey man, around week 8 you are gonna be offering this dude up for a fuggin Defense"
