Davis has always been considered a high end RB2, borderline RB1 if the job was his. He should be owned in every league

He's only owned in about half the leagues on ESPN.

Meh. Handcuff running backs with high upside are not must owns. I would sometimes rather take a chance of a high upside player than own Knile Davis.

I think they he's a definite handcuff. You're not going to take Charles out, so why not have his backup that has shown he can play well in case Charles gets hurt. It's a guaranteed safety blanket.
