The question is, if he is reinstated tonight...
How effective will he be playing on Sunday, without 2 weeks of practice? Do you start him right away if you already have pretty good WRs and RBs?
I picked him up because my roster is really strong and I really had the luxury to stash him. Him playing like last year would make my team amazing.

Even if he is reinstated, I wouldn't expect much from him Sunday. Plus I would prefer he not suit up against the Saints.
