The timing sure is suspect, you just up and decide a week before you're due back that now you want to go to rehab? He had to have failed another test that isn't public knowledge yet.

I just proposed 6 trades offering him up for random people. Maybe someone bites. Fingers crossed.

Seems like we had similar drafts. I have OBJ, Evans, Landry, Pryor and Michael Thomas (3 WR + Flex League)

I don't think he failed a test, but he sure knew he was going to and preempted that. Not sure if NFL would suspend him for a missed test if he is in rehab.

he done

quote:

Both the Cleveland Plain Dealer and Akron Beacon-Journal believe Josh Gordon has played his last snap for the Browns.
Per the Beacon-Journal's Nate Ulrich, Gordon is "not expected to receive another shot with this regime." Gordon has been given 10th and 11th chances by the Browns, and burned them every time. It's good to see Gordon trying to get his life in order by checking into rehab, but he's lucky to have lasted as long as he did in Cleveland. Gordon is still somehow only 25 years old, but he's dangerously close to forcing his way out of the league.

so, what is the consensus....drop him? wait and see (if there is anything left to "see")?

I needed him back in bad way....smh

I think he's done...but the fear of dropping him and then positive news breaking is crippling.

I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

The Josh Gordon Pain Train never ends.

As soon as you drop him he'll get clean in rehab and get traded to NE.
