After Cooper Kupp got the best QB of his career last year and Diggs the year before, every fantasy analyst is throwing out that “(insert player) is getting the best QB of his career” - but in reality, most of these QBs moving to a new city are moving bc they weren’t wanted in their old city. Rank the following by how much value added you’d expect from their new QB:

Sutton
Jeudy
Pittman
DJ Moore
McLaurin
(low key) Diontae, Claypool
Juju
(low key) Hollywood

Feel free to add if I’m missing any

I feel like after the Denver duo, the rest of those are just marginally better off if at all

Everyone is underrating how much of a difference matt Ryan will be over Carson wentz for Pittman

Sutton - he will spread it around
Jeudy - see above
Pittman - WINNER
DJ Moore - he puts up numbers no matter the qb, he will be just as good this year but won’t see a bump
McLaurin - lol wut? This is a DOWNGRADE
(low key) Diontae, Claypool - this will be same as last year with Harris getting like 90% of the offensive production
Juju - no difference here
(low key) Hollywood - better qb maybe? But more mouths to feed

Pittman
Robinson
Sutton
Juedy
Juju
Kirk
Devante Parker

Arguments could be made Moore, Hollywood and Mclaurin are in worse situations (though I think they will be ok). Trusbisky can def prop up a WR though I’m not sure which one. Don’t think all 3 will be consistent

I think Hollywood complements Kylers game much better than Lamar. Not to say Kyler is significantly better, just like the situation more for Hollywood in AZ

I was perusing my old topic posts and came across this. Worth a 2nd look. Not one of these panned out IMO. That’s impressively bad. Jeudy ended up with a good finish including fantasy playoffs, but up until then had not been good

Hollywood was starting to play really well before the foot injury. I think he would’ve had a strong season had he remained healthy.

I agree. What’s most surprising is that’s the only one that was derailed by injury

Not sure any of those situations actually ended up being an offensive upgrade except Juju to the chiefs.

Either we are not evaluating QBs well or we are too quick to look past the impacts of deteriorating OL play and/or poor coaching on the QB "upgrades".
